Ministry Letter April 2016

One of the amazing things about Jesus is how He adapted His ministry from large crowds to one-on-one according to the need.

When Jesus gave His Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5) He broadcast to a multitude. When He was on His way through Jericho (Luke 19) He encountered a crowd before finding Zacchaeus in a tree and proceeded to minister in his home. When Jesus met the woman at the well (John 4) He cared for her one-on-one. Jesus used different methods to minister effectively to different needs.

Many of you are familiar with our radio broadcast and our Bible-teaching resources available through print and online media. These are important ways we minister to Canadians as a whole. But did you know we also care for individual needs through prayer support and biblical counsel?

Here’s one letter we received from someone who requested biblical counsel.

Thank you for taking time to write to me. Placing it all in God’s hands and just knowing that another Christian friend cares is very comforting! Insight for Living is such a blessing to so many people! A few years ago you gave me some more wise guidance over the phone and it was much appreciated then too!

Can we count on your financial support so we can continue offering one-on-one resources like prayer support and biblical counsel to those who request it?

When you donate to Insight for Living Canada you help proclaim Christ to our nation. Your support helps our seminary-trained pastor admonish and provide teaching to those who request it. You’re making a difference in people’s lives.

Please help make a difference with a gift today.
