Dear friend,

Grace has been a watchword of Pastor Chuck Swindoll and Insight for Living Canada since its founding in 1984. Our heart for Canada has been strengthened and blessed by God’s undeserved favour through the years. We’ve been inspired in our mission to share that grace by communicating His Word.

Over the years, that mission has sparked a growing vision to see more and more Canadians understand and experience God’s transforming grace. From that first day to today, we have been continually guided by grace.

Canada has changed significantly over the past 40-plus years. Our population has grown from about 25 million in 1984 to over 40 million today. At the same time, we’ve seen a decline in biblical literacy and church attendance among Christians, alongside increasing secularization in society. Social challenges have also multiplied, with rising homelessness, substance abuse, distortion of sexuality, and mental illness—just to name a few.

We stand at a significant time in our history when the need to proclaim the transformational truth of God’s Word is greater than ever. Guided by God’s grace, our vision as a ministry has never been stronger.

In recent years, you may have experienced challenges making ends meet due to inflation, strikes, and shortages. These same factors impact our ministry, making the need for your support even more urgent. Yes, God continues to be faithful, working through the generosity of His people to meet our needs, and we continue to trust Him to provide for the work He has called us to do.

We invite you to participate in the work God is doing through this ministry as He guides us by His grace into the future. As we look toward the next fiscal year and beyond, we are committed to doing more than we have already accomplished. We are actively working on expanding our ministry with strategies to address the ever-increasing spiritual need in our country.

It is our hope and prayer that God will also guide you by His grace to participate in what He is doing and plans to do through Insight for Living Canada.

Together, we can finish our fiscal year strong and equipped to achieve our vision of reaching more Canadians with the truth of God’s Word. To that end, we have set a goal of raising $220,000 by the end of June.
