Imagine sitting under the pulpit of early reformer John Huss and hearing his words ring out through Bethlehem Chapel in Prague. Picture yourself walking the halls of the Augustinian monastery where Martin Luther wrestled with the Lord’s will and the opposition of his Catholic brothers as he formed his theological views. Or consider the power of walking through the stunning city of Geneva, the center of the Calvinist movement and the birthplace of modern Protestantism.

We’ll visit each of these places and many more on the Insight for Living 2010 Reformation Tour, July 28–August 9, 2010.

Throughout the tour you’ll:

  • Travel by plane to Prague, Czech Republic
  • Ride in private, deluxe buses with English-speaking guides
  • Lodge in four and five-star hotels
  • Enjoy breakfast and dinner buffets

We’ll travel from the Czech Republic to Germany and eventually conclude the 13-day event in Geneva, Switzerland.

On the tour, you’ll also be treated to the teaching of Chuck Swindoll, informative historical content from Dallas Theological Seminary professor Dr. Mike Svigel, and dramatic readings of Reformation texts and sermons by Dallas Theological Seminary professor Dr. Reg Grant.

The combination of such important and historic places with the Bible-based teaching you’ll receive will make for a fun and spiritually significant time that you’ll never forget!

We hope to see you in Europe on the Insight for Living 2010 Reformation Tour.

Insight for Living 2010 Israel Tour

You’re stepping onto the bus again—this time to drive to the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee.

As you ride, your Israeli tour guide tells you about the lake, and your Dallas Theological Seminary professor reminds you of the significance that Galilee played in the life and ministry of Jesus.

When you arrive at your destination and disembark, you suddenly realize that you are standing on the very hillside where Jesus delivered the words you learned as a child: “Blessed are the poor…Blessed are those who mourn…Blessed are the merciful.”

This is it! This is the Mount of Beatitudes. And before your foot steps off this hill and back onto your bus, your life will never be the same.

This is only one of the many memories you’ll create when you tour Israel with Insight for Living. From watching the sun rise over the Golan Heights to walking the narrow and dimly lit streets of Jerusalem, this will be a trip you’ll not soon forget.

Though the tour lasts only 13 days, the memories will last a lifetime—memories of the fellowship you enjoyed with other travellers on your bus; memories of the sights, sounds, and smells that suddenly brought your Bible to life; memories of the teaching of Chuck Swindoll and Dallas Theological Seminary professors; memories of hearing small stones being dropped in the water during the worship service in the middle of the Sea of Galilee.

Memories like these and more await you in God’s Land of Promise. Won’t you join us March 8–19, 2010?

The Insight for Living 2010 Israel Tour promises to be a memory-making and spiritually significant trip.

We hope to see you in Jerusalem on the Insight for Living 2010 Israel Tour.
